Return Policy

Customers may return items for a full refund with the following provisions:

• The return request is made within seven (7) days of delivery. 
• The customer has contacted Rocky Top to indicate their intention to return an item.
• The item is properly packaged and shipped (at the customer’s expense) to Rocky Top at 615 Pine Crest Road, Lancaster, KY 40444.

Returns wherein the product is damaged by the customer or due to poor customer packaging may be refused by Rocky Top.   Rocky Top reserves the right to refuse returns at company discretion.

All returns are assessed a handling and restocking fee of $100.00.
